We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or refund according to the terms below.

Right of Return

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with Swedish consumer legislation.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- be unused
- be in original condition
- be returned in its original packaging

 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via email:

Please provide:
- order number
- name
- reason for return

We will instruct you via email on where to send your item for return.

 Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:
- first check your bank account
- then contact your bank or card issuer

There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us via our contact form or email.

 Damaged or Defective Products

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange the product for the same item, please contact us via email with pictures and your order number.

Shipping and Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning a more expensive item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
